World Pool follows the international racing circuit around the globe, with the aim to promote the world's best horse races, using the IFHA Top 100 G1 Races and the most important G1 Classics as a benchmark. As of the 2024-2025 racing season, World Pool has featured over 80 prestigious G1 races from past three years. Elite races from different jurisdictions are available to punters worldwide.

World Pool accepts bets from the HKJC’s overseas partners, which creates the deepest and most liquid pari-mutuel pools for top races. It adds stability and reduces fluctuations in odds. Customers can place large-sized bets without being restricted, and have more opportunities for large payouts through exotic bets.
Giving back to the racing industry.
Through World Pool as a pari-mutuel product, we aim to contribute more to grassroots racing. World Pool meetings generate additional income streams to the key stakeholders, including rights holders. It connects different racing jurisdictions and clubs to grow the popularity of international racing, increase prize money and improve the infrastructure, all the while building a sustainable business model for the whole racing ecosystem.
HKJC will be the host. However, not all bet-types will be available for World Pool. It will be dependent on the agreement between HKJC and wagering partners. The IP owner will continue to host any non-World Pool bet-types in their local jurisdiction.
