World Pool is an extension of the Hong Kong Jockey Club’s (HKJC) commingling business, where the HKJC accepts bets from overseas partners to expand its already large pari-mutuel pools for local Hong Kong racing.

World Pool is for non-Hong Kong races that the Hong Kong Jockey Club simulcast and wager on locally from overseas.

HKJC will be the host. However, not all bet-types will be available for World Pool. It will be dependent on the agreement between HKJC and wagering partners. The IP owner will continue to host any non-World Pool bet-types in their local jurisdiction.
